August already… Can you believe it?
For our first order of business: Congratulations to our winner for this week, Tracy M out of Modesto! And a huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our giveaway series this month!
We had a blast and learned that even though restaurant giveaways are still in the majority, there is a lot more interest in events and experiences than we thought. We got a better feel for the TYPES of events and dining experiences you prefer as well, and we’re already working on ways that we can make this happen on a much more frequent basis.
For this week, the 209 celebrates National Night Out across the valley.
We rounded up the details for every city which is participating in a public gathering that anyone can drop into. If it isn’t listed, then that city opted into neighborhood level block parties instead. Check with your local police department for locations in your city.
